Cake jars have a refrigerated shelf life of approximately 7 days, and they can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Following the purchase of jars, you will receive a jar care sheet for your reference.

Absolutely! We offer nationwide shipping options exclusively for our treats (excluding cakes and cupcakes). For our local customers, we provide delivery within a specific radius, subject to an additional fee. For custom orders, we kindly ask for a lead time of at least 7 days as a minimum. In the case of larger orders, it's advisable to provide us with a minimum of 30 days notice. In instances where orders are requested within 6 days, an expedited processing fee of $25 will apply. To initiate a custom order, please fill out our custom form inquiry. Once you submit your custom order form, we will reach out to you via email to finalize your order details and pricing. A 50% deposit will be due once your order has been finalized.

To accommodate custom jar orders, we require a minimum quantity of one dozen (12) jars, all of the same flavor. Should you desire a variety of cake jar flavors in smaller quantities, we recommend making your selections during our weekly sales. For your convenience, our jars can be presented in their original jar containers or arranged in shooter cups based on your preference. You may submit a request for a custom jar order using our custom order form.

Each week you'll find a lineup of flavors designated for sale during that specific week. We rotate flavors on a weekly basis, if you do not see the one you are looking for check back at a later date. In light of the perishable nature of our products we regrettably cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Refunds will exclusively be granted in cases where Sweet Treats by Nauni fails to fulfill the order in its entirety. It's imperative to acknowledge that all products are considered final sale. As taste is inherently subjective, we cannot provide refunds if the client's taste preferences are not met.

For matters pertaining to damages or issues with shipping: We kindly ask you to carefully examine your order upon receipt. Should you identify any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, we urge you to promptly reach out to us. This will enable us to swiftly assess the matter and rectify any discrepancies. When contacting us, please remember to attach images of the damaged item(s).

Rush orders are accepted, however a rush fee of $25 will be applied to orders booked within a 6-day window
